# Commercial Use

SCBE-AETHERMOORE uses a dual-license model.

## Free (MIT License)

The core library is MIT-licensed and free for:
- Personal projects
- Academic research
- Open-source software
- Evaluation and prototyping

This includes the published npm/PyPI packages: 14-layer pipeline, symphonic cipher, PQC primitives, Sacred Tongues tokenizer, and hyperbolic distance functions.

## Commercial Agreement Scope

If you use only MIT-licensed components distributed in this repository, MIT terms apply.

A commercial agreement is required when you need rights or packages beyond MIT, including:
- Use of explicitly designated proprietary components
- Enterprise delivery packages (regulated deployment bundles, governance operations, dedicated support/SLA)
- Training data, model weights, or deployment configurations delivered under paid terms
- Contractual commitments (indemnity, negotiated support, procurement terms)

### Proprietary Components

These are delivered under paid commercial terms:
- Multi-agent swarm orchestration (`src/fleet/`, `agents/`)
- Flock governance and shepherd protocols
- Enterprise governance decision pipeline
- Training data and model weights (`training-data/`)
- Deployment configurations (`deploy/`)
