Last updated: May 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AetherMoore and SCBE-AETHERMOORE collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information for the public website, AI workflow review services, digital products, payment links, lead forms, support channels, and hosted agent endpoints.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, project description, budget, timeline, support messages, order notes, workflow descriptions, repository links, prompt chains, diagrams, files, or other intake details you choose to submit.
- Payment and order information: payment status, product purchased, order amount, payment link identifiers, receipt metadata, and limited payer details supplied by processors such as Stripe, Ko-fi, Cash App, or similar services. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical and usage information: IP-derived request metadata, browser type, device type, pages visited, form events, funnel events, API route used, timestamps, error logs, rate-limit signals, and abuse-prevention markers.
- AI and agent interaction data: prompts, chat turns, lead submissions, model routing metadata, generated responses, evaluation events, and workflow telemetry when you use hosted AI or agent endpoints.
How We Use Information
- To operate the website, demos, payment pages, support channels, and hosted AI endpoints.
- To process purchases, deliver digital products, confirm orders, and provide paid service reports.
- To respond to lead forms, support requests, delivery issues, refunds, disputes, and customer questions.
- To detect abuse, rate-limit requests, protect accounts, prevent spam, and secure service infrastructure.
- To improve product reliability, training data quality, workflow routing, documentation, and user experience.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment processor, platform, or security obligations.
Disclosure and Parties Receiving Information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when needed for the uses above:
- Payment processors: Stripe, Ko-fi, Cash App, banks, card networks, and dispute processors.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: GitHub Pages, Vercel, cloud storage, logging, email, or deployment providers.
- AI/model providers: Hugging Face, local or hosted model endpoints, or other model providers used to fulfill a request.
- Communication providers: email, form, CRM, issue-tracking, or notification services used for support and fulfillment.
- Professional/legal recipients: advisors, accountants, government authorities, or courts when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Method of Disclosure
Information may be disclosed through encrypted web requests, payment webhooks, hosted checkout redirects, email, API calls, repository issues, secure dashboards, access-controlled cloud storage, or manually prepared customer deliverables. Public website content may be visible to anyone. Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party material unless a separate written agreement says that material is allowed.
Security Practices
- Secrets and tokens are kept out of public source code and should be stored in environment variables or platform secret stores.
- Payment card handling is delegated to payment processors; AetherMoore does not receive full card numbers.
- Hosted endpoints use rate limits, honeypots, and abuse checks where implemented.
- Access to operational systems is limited to the operator and required service providers.
- Generated logs and artifacts are reviewed for secret exposure before public release where practical.
- Local-first workflows are preferred when possible to reduce unnecessary third-party data transfer.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for operations, delivery, accounting, dispute handling, security, product improvement, or legal obligations. Some generated logs, GitHub artifacts, payment records, and training/evaluation records may persist in backups or platform history.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of information associated with your email address by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for payment, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal reasons.
Children
AetherMoore services are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about children through the site or hosted AI endpoints.
