These Terms of Service govern use of AetherMoore and SCBE-AETHERMOORE websites, payment links, digital products, service-credit offers, AI workflow reviews, support channels, demos, and hosted agent endpoints. By using the services or purchasing an offer, you agree to these terms.

Services and Products

AetherMoore provides AI governance tools, digital downloads, service credits, workflow review services, hosted AI/agent endpoints, documentation, and support. Specific offers may include additional product pages, delivery notes, licenses, statements of work, or written terms.

Acceptable Use

Use the site and services lawfully and only for authorized workflows.
Do not attack, scrape abusively, spam, overload, bypass rate limits, or interfere with service operation.
Do not submit malware, stolen data, private keys, passwords, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party data unless a separate written agreement allows it.
Do not use outputs to make legal, medical, financial, safety, or compliance decisions without qualified human review.

AI Outputs and Reviews

AI-assisted outputs, governance scans, and workflow reviews are provided for operational guidance and engineering support. They are not legal advice, financial advice, certification, audit attestation, or a guarantee that a system is safe, compliant, profitable, or error-free.

Payments, Delivery, and Refunds

Payments may be processed by Stripe, Ko-fi, Cash App, or another listed processor. Digital products are delivered through the delivery route shown on the product page or receipt. Service work begins after payment and sufficient intake information are received.

If a delivery link fails or a purchased product is missing, contact support and we will provide a corrected access path when the purchase can be verified. Refund requests are handled case by case and may be limited once a digital product has been accessed or custom service work has begun.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of intake information, your right to submit materials for review, your use of outputs, your production deployment choices, and any third-party platform terms that apply to your workflows.

Intellectual Property and Licenses

Public open-source code is governed by the license files in the applicable repository or package. Paid deliverables, digital products, reports, training materials, and commercial support may be governed by additional written terms or licenses. A purchase does not transfer ownership of AetherMoore background IP unless a separate written agreement says so.

Third-Party Services

The services may link to or use third-party platforms, including payment processors, hosting providers, model providers, code repositories, email providers, and cloud tools. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, specific business results, procurement awards, compliance approval, or compatibility with every customer environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AetherMoore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption. For paid services, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as services change. The updated date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
