First 10 minutes

1. Open the README in the ZIP package.
2. Pick one AI workflow you already use.
3. Fill the intake template with the workflow purpose, inputs, outputs, and one risk.
4. Write the first decision record before changing the workflow. The value is the audit trail, not the tooling.

Value position

The $29 package is priced as a low-friction starter: cheaper than a normal consulting call, but still concrete enough to produce a reusable governance artifact on day one.
