251 unique attack prompts in 20 classes, 20 ordinary prompts, and a runner for any OpenAI-style chat server. A failed request is not counted as a block. The band is a refusal-word label for this file, not a certification.

Checks one decision record. The word has to be ALLOW, QUARANTINE, or DENY. A quarantine or a denial also needs uncertainty and a follow-up.

One workflow. Import it, turn it on, and POST a decision. A complete record returns HTTP 200. Anything else returns HTTP 400. No API key is inside the file.

24 prompt-and-response rows and a checker that rejects a row with an empty prompt or response. The large public corpus stays on Hugging Face. This zip is the starter, not that corpus.

Fixed-scope work is quoted after a look at the job. The public corpus is free. Government quotes use the SAM record on the services page. This shop does not take those orders.
